SUMMARY:Call for Abstracts - Virtual Conference on Computational Audiology VCCA2025
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the Call for Abstracts for this year’s edition of the Virtual Conference on Computational Audiology (VCCA2025)\, which will take place on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June 2025. \nAs in previous years\, we welcome abstract submissions for both invited and contributed presentations. Submissions must be received no later than Friday\, 25th April 2025. DESCRIPTION:We are happy to announce that the 33rd annual meeting of New England Sequencing and Timing (NEST) will take place on Saturday\, April 5\, 2025 at the University of Connecticut. This year’s theme is Music and Brain Health. Related topics include but are not limited to: \n\nMusic-based intervention\nMusic therapy\nNeurodegenerative disorders\nMusic and aging\nRhythm\, movement and the brain\n\nWe welcome abstract submissions for talks (either 20 min or 45 min). While the above topics will be highlighted by this year’s theme\, as always\, any submissions related to rhythm\, sequencing\, and timing in the behavior of living systems will be considered. \nNEST is traditionally a local workshop\, but we accept submissions from outside the New England area. However\, only in-person presentations will be accepted. The deadline for submission is February 21st.
