If you do not have an ARO Member or Non-member account please follow the instructions below before you proceed. At the end of your form you will be required to include an email associated with an ARO Member or Non-member account.

- Click the "NEW USER? CREATE AN ACCOUNT" button in the navy blue section on the right of the page.
- Fill out the form and submit.
The email you use to set up this free non-member account should match the Billing Email Address you enter on this form. A MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THIS FORM.

After submission, the ARO Executive Office will contact you to initiate a Letter of Agreement and discuss payment options (if applicable).
Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis.
Non-profits:

- $250 for a meeting that is over 3 hours
For profits:

- $250 for a meeting that is under 3 hours
- $500 for a meeting that is over 3 hours
Satellite Symposia
ARO is proud to offer Satellite Symposia to qualifying groups. Satellite Symposia are sponsored sessions held on the Friday before the meeting begins on Saturday. Acceptance of a Satellite Symposia is not guaranteed and contingent on several factors such as available space, that the content of the proposed session is approved by the ARO Program Committee, and that the overall partnership is approved by the ARO Council. Satellite Symposia organizers are responsible for a fee as outlined below. This fee is paid to ARO and covers a basic audio/visual set up as is customary for an ARO session. The organizers will be responsible for any food & beverage needs and resulting fees which must be secured via the conference venue providers.
TIER 1 - MISSION DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS: $12K+
- $12,000 FOR THE FIRST HOUR + $1,000 PER ADDITIONAL HOUR UP TO 4 HOURS MAXIMUM
Acceptance dependent on approval from the ARO Council and the ARO Program Committee.
TIER 2 - COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS: $18K+

$18,000 FOR THE FIRST HOUR + $3,000 PER ADDITIONAL HOUR UP TO 4 HOURS MAXIMUM

WE ARE BRINGING BACK THE ARO MWM PASSPORT AT THE 2027 MWM!
Attendees that visit all required stops to get their stamps, including exhibitors, will automatically receive a free item and be entered to win one larger prize. Also new this year is the ability to secure preferred booth selection if your sponsorship documents and payment are completed no later than October 31, 2026. After this date, your booth will be assigned to you.

EXHIBITOR DISPLAY TABLE
This option is for an un-staffed exhibit table to hold company materials, booklets, contact information, etc. This option does not include conference registration. Conference staff will set up your materials per your instructions and maintain it throughout exhibit hours. Unused materials will not be returned.
