Postdoctoral position in cochlear blood flow pathopathology.
A position is immediately available in the Shi Laboratory at the Oregon Hearing Research Center (OHRC), Oregon Health & Science University. The Shi lab primarily focuses on understanding cellular and molecular mechanisms in noise- and aging-related hearing loss and gene/cell therapy. Individuals with a PhD and experience in mouse auditory physiology and molecular biology are especially encouraged to apply.
The OHRC at the Oregon Health & Science University is one of the world’s leading hearing-science research groups. The research focus of OHRC investigators ranges from investigation of fundamental mechanisms of hearing to development of therapies for hearing loss.
Salary: Competitive w/benefits. Beginning salary is $69,275.19 to $78,309.14 DOE.
