This session will describe pathways from academia to industry through the perspectives of two scientists. The panelists will discuss how they prepared to change jobs, how industry differs from academic jobs, contextualizing your skills, and what they wish they’d known before starting.

This session will provide insight into the next step of academia after graduate school; how to find a post-doctoral position. The session will be an interactive forum for questions and discussion.
