A full-time Research Audiologist (GS13) position in the NIDCD Division of Intramural Research Auditory and Vestibular Clinical Research Section is available (PI/Chief:  Gayla L. Poling, Ph.D.). Our clinic/lab is located on the NIH Main Campus in Bethesda, MD. The NIH Clinical Center is the nation’s largest hospital dedicated to clinical research.The Research Audiologist will engage in clinical research on mechanisms of auditory and vestibular function/dysfunction, rare disease, and earliest detection of audiovestibular dysfunction in humans across the lifespan. Required Qualifications
• Education requirement is a graduate or higher level degree (e.g., AuD or Master’s)

• You must have a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice Audiology in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.

• At least one year of qualifying experience as an audiologist as defined in the job posting (can private or public sector experience)
